J. Kreutzberg (J.K. Mandrake) was probably the only Estonian who graduated from the School of American Magicians and became a member of the Society of American Magicians in 1930's. His teacher was Harlan E. Tarbell himself. After that he moved to Tallinn, performed and published a book of tricks.
